This phase transforms design into buildable solutions. Detailed drawings, specifications and schedules are completed for permit submission and construction. We oversee bidding, contractor selection (if required), and coordinate with the construction team to manage quality, schedule, and cost. On-site visits and administration ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the documented intent.
Once construction is finished, we facilitate project close-out and hand-over: as-built drawings, system manuals, and user training are provided. We also evaluate performance and ensure the building meets operational goals.
